(1) Stone selection of zinc steel marble elevator door pocket manufacturer: the color of stone shall be selected and classified by colorimetry. The color of stone installed on the same side shall be the same, and the stone shall be numbered according to the planning drawings and block order.

（2）墻面底層整理：整理墻面，裝好底層托架。，同時進行結構套方，找規則，彈出筆直線和水平線。并根據規劃圖紙和實際需要彈出裝置石材的位置線和分塊線。

（3）打線：根據尺度，打好施工線，石材裝置前要事先用經緯儀沖擊大角兩個面的豎向控制線，彈在離大角500px 的位置上，以便隨時檢查筆直掛線的線，確保順暢裝置，并在控制線的上下作出標記。

（4）鋅鋼大理石電梯門套廠家的裝置底層托架，把預先安排好的支托按上平線支在將要裝置的底層石板上面。支托要支承結實，相互之間要銜接好，也可和架子接在一同，支架安好后，順支托方向釘鋪通長的50mm 厚木板，木板上口要在同一個水平面上，以確保石材上下面處在同一水平面上。

（6）大理石裝修板材裝置：依照溝槽和構件找好位置，便可把底層面板靠角上的一塊就位。

（7）板面微調：裝置好大理石裝修板材再調整水平度，如板面上口不平， 可在板底的一端下口的銜接平鋼板上墊一相應的雙股銅絲墊。調整筆直度，并調整面板上口的不銹鋼銜接件的距墻空地，直至面板筆直。

（8）頂部裝修板材的裝置：頂部一層面板除了按一般石板裝置要求外，裝置調整好，在結構與石板的縫隙里吊一通長的20mm 厚木條，木條上平為石板上口下去250mm，吊點可設在銜接鐵件上。可用彩鋁絲吊木條，木條吊好后，即在石板與墻面之間的空地里放填充物，且填塞嚴實，防止灌漿時漏漿。

(8) Top decoration plate device: in addition to the requirements of general slate device, the device of the top layer of panel shall be adjusted well. A full-length 20mm thick wooden strip shall be hung in the gap between the structure and the slate. The upper plane of the wooden strip is 250mm below the upper mouth of the slate, and the lifting point can be set on the connecting iron parts. After the wooden strip is hoisted, fill the space between the stone slab and the wall tightly to prevent slurry leakage during grouting.

（9）整理大理石外表：把大理石外表的防污條掀掉，用棉絲把石板擦凈。
